Some advertisers offer multi-tier programs that distribute commission into a hierarchical referral network of sign-ups and sub-partners. In practical terms, publisher “A” signs up to the program with an advertiser and gets rewarded for the agreed activity conducted by a referred visitor. If publisher “A” attracts publishers “B” and “C” to sign up for the same program using his sign-up code, all future activities performed by publishers “B” and “C” will result in additional commission (at a lower rate) for publisher “A”.

Interestingly most of the tips you offer here could be used on just about any blog. As an example, I could mention a business book in the context of a business post, and link to it using an Amazon affiliate link.
Amazon has a bestseller page found simply at Amazon.com/bestsellers and so one thing I’ve done on my site is publish a bestsellers list and simply mention the currently trending bestsellers. Generally speaking the cream rises to the top so if you write an article talking about the bestselling products those are likely to be the best products your visitors are looking to buy anyway.
The major affiliate networks will have thousands of offers available to you. The vast majority of them won’t be appropriate for your site, in the sense that the products or services advertised aren’t relevant to your audience.
Few things destroy a good relationship with your audience as quickly as too many pushy sales messages. The last thing you want is for readers to think you care more about squeezing every last penny out of them than you do about helping them succeed.

I can very well understand how it must be with you It’s been that way for me over the years, but this time I’m already home and not having the pressure of getting too many things done in one year-end vacation here. Feels much relaxed, and unlike otherwise I’m able to keep my blog alive over the holidays too. It’s a different feeling altogether for me this time.
MozBar – MozBar is a Google Chrome extension that lets you Google any keyword and see how competitive the search results are. The higher the DA (domain authority) and PA (page authority) the more competitive the keyword is. However you still want to click on the top results and browse the content to make sure you can creating an article/video that is better than whoever’s in the top results. That is really what “researching the competition” is all about.
The hardest aspect of an affiliate marketing offer to evaluate may also be the most important. Your ability to drive traffic to merchant sites via affiliate links is one of the primary revenue drivers, and it depends in large part on the tools you’re given. These tools are the advertisements merchants have available for affiliates to use on their site. The better the ads are, this more clicks they will get.
Yah, it’s something he added in to the v2.0 one he released a few months ago. It’s a pretty sweet plugin and I’ve been recommending it to everyone for a while now. If you already have a plugin though I’d suggest just using that one though, no sense in buying a ton of them.
So it’s no surprise that Facebook is not going as in-depth with the training as it used to. Instead of 29 ad products, the social network cut it down to 15 ad types. Now it’s down to 10 types (if you don’t count premium ad units). And arguably, you can say there are just two or three types if you decouple business objectives from the fact that you can post natively.
